There are no black & white, good/bad food rules and there are no products involved. Part 3: Cooking with Brad! Healthy eating can be easy and you will learn step by step how to do it efficiently and make your cooking life easier. Brad spent a number of years cooking professionally in Canada and Australia. His recipes are flavorful, filling, nutritious, great for big batch prepping and a life-saver for busy people! Cook three dishes , learn about the meals, and then portion each serving. Each participant will leave with 15-20 servings of extremely healthy and delicious meals! Bonus: You will also get a digital copy of the Fit Living Cookbook!
