The Relationship with FOOD

Sign up before February 16th for the low introductory price of only $145!

We all know we should be in a loving long-term, committed relationship with food. This is easier said than done. You can't just dump food, no matter how bad things get! You have to work at that relationship like your life depends on it!

We are bringing you this truly transformational nutrition program in collaboration with Sara Langley, (Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Master in Public Health (candidate)).

There are no black & white, good/bad food rules and there are no products involved. The program consists of 2 presentation/discussion sessions and one amazing cooking class (including the meals to take home!) with Brad Taylor, Fit Living, (Bachelor of Kinesiology, Can-Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Nutritionist and Wellness Specialist).

Parts 1 & 2: You have the opportunity to:

  • Uncover facts about diet trends and claims;
  • Learn how to spot food myths and evaluate claims and information sources;
  • Better understand the roles of your digestive system, metabolism and how they are connected to your emotional health;
  • Create a clear picture of actionable steps that suit your needs and where you are at NOW while being armed with the knowledge to create next steps as your relationship progresses;
  • Explore how your attitudes toward food and yourself were formed,
  • Recognize how others' attitudes and media affect your attitudes,
  • Examine how big of a role emotional eating plays in your relationship with food and how you can handle it,
  • Learn real practical tips you can use to create habits and mind-set practices to improve your relationship with food and yourself.

Part 3: Cooking with Brad! Healthy eating can be easy and you will learn step by step how to do it efficiently and make your cooking life easier. Brad spent a number of years cooking professionally in Canada and Australia. His recipes are flavorful, filling, nutritious, great for big batch prepping and a life-saver for busy people! Cook three dishes , learn about the meals, and then portion each serving. Each participant will leave with 15-20 servings of extremely healthy and delicious meals! Bonus: You will also get a digital copy of the Fit Living Cookbook!

We can't wait to help you bring ease and joy back into this life-long commitment you have to have with food!
